Full-time musician Kate Voss has her hands in many pies here in Seattle. In 2016 alone she released 3 of her own albums, recorded with Seattle bands the Gin Joints, Supermassive, Fox Hunt, and Michael Wohl, received Honorable Mentions at the Seattle-Kobe Jazz Vocal Queen Competition and was crowned Vocalist of the Year from Earshot. She lends her talents to bands in town like Sundae + Mr. Goessl, The Western Bluebirds, Mannequin BBQ, Collapsible Rodeo, The Barrelhouse Jive Cats and, of course, her own band: Kate Voss & The Big Boss Band. A multi-instrumentalist, Voss has been spotted playing piano, bass, drums, melodica, percussion, ukulele and accordion.
